The Inter-Agency Efforts Supervisor leads a unit focused on building and implementing strategies to help people with disabilities and their families get seamless, timely support so they can work to their full potential, build financial well-being and plan for the future. This unit focuses on building person-centered approaches by aligning work internally and with other state agencies (DEED, MDE, MDH...) to make it easier for people with disabilities and their families to meet their goals and advance the following outcomes: • Employment - Minnesotans with disabilities work in competitive, integrated employment and receive the support they need to succeed • Benefits Planning - Minnesotans with disabilities receive on-going benefits planning support to make informed decisions, work to their full potential, and build financial stability. • Family Connections - Families who have children with disabilities are connected to information, tools, and supports to meet their needs, and plan for their child’s future
